Ponzano, 10 April 2008 – According to the provisions of article 144-octies, clause 2, of the Consob Regulation n. 11971/99, you are hereby informed that at the expiration of the term for presenting lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors (9 April 2008), no minority list was presented.
